great recommendations local restaurant ample space
i appreciated the hotel's proximity to major attractions.. it made sightseeing so easy. the staff was helpful and friendly, offering great recommendations for local restaurants. our room had ample space and was very clean.
the breakfast area could get a little crowded during peak hours.

charming stay near the tower

excellent location helpful staff fresh choices
the location was superb. it allowed quick access to main attractions. the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. i liked the breakfast optionswith a variety of fresh choices.
the room was too hot. the bathroom radiator stayed on constantly. the air conditioning did not function properly.

musty smell unhelpful staff
the location was fine, basically close to where i needed to be.
I wasn't thrilled about the noise. It sounded like a herd of elephants above me. the room had this weird musty smell too, like old socks mixed with cheap air freshener. the staff just shrugged when i mentioned it. No real help there.

I loved how close this hotel was to everything!!! the location was amazing. the breakfast buffet had plenty of choices. It was so convenient to start my day right. the staff really shined. They were helpful and super friendly!!!
the wifi signal was sometimes a little weak, especially in the evenings.

broken air conditioning unlocked room
The room was hot and stuffy! The air conditioning did not work, and a radiator in the bathroom stayed on. I was also very frustrated to find the room unlocked after it had been cleaned. Staff did not apologize or offer a solution when I reported it. This happened TWICE !
